Help Us Recognize And Share Your Child's Achievements

Each quarter in our newsletter we feature the names of our Kid's Club members who have a

birthday during that quarter as well as a spotlight on one Penny Pincher member and one Teen

Club member.  Due to Privacy Act regulations we must now have the permission of the parents of

these kids to post their names and/or pictures on any publication.  We recently sent out the auth-

orization form to the parents of those who would be listed in our next newsletter and we did not re-

cieve many of them back.  In order for your child's name to be listed or for a spotlight article to be

written on them, we MUST have this form signed and returned to us.  If you have a child who is

a member of either of the Kid's Clubs and you do wish for them to be recognized, please click

the link below and fill out, sign and return the authorization form to either branch so that we may

publish their name and/or photo.  Thank you for your cooperation.
