Lines of Credit Loans
Quimper Community Federal Credit Union offers a couple different line of credit loans to its members. With good credit you may be eligible for "instant approval!" Also available are an equity/line of credit, which is determined by the assessed value of your home (up to $5,000.00), and your income at a better interest rate for five years. Each of these loans has a 3-year draw period at which time we require a small update application. You may, at that time, be eligible for a larger credit limit.

New and Used Vehicle Loans
In the market for a new or used vehicle? Come in to your credit union for a pre-approval so that you can go shopping. With exceptional credit we can even offer you a "pre approved purchase check" you can take shopping with you! We offer 100% financing on new and used vehicles with great rates. If you finance a "clean-air" car you may be eligible for a 1% rate discount. Maybe you're looking for another tax deduction? By getting an Auto/Equity loan you may qualify for tax-deductible interest (you need to check with your tax adviser to be certain). Some restrictions may apply, subject to credit approval.

Level-Headed Home Equity Loans
Our "variable-rate" home equity loans and adjustable rate mortgage products can offer longer terms and lower fees. If you need to refinance from a previous Quimper HELOC enjoy a "No-Fee" option! (Some restrictions apply) Enjoy our non-commissioned staff, lower fees and the comfort of having your loan kept in-house.

First Mortgages
Quimper Community Federal Credit Union has 1st mortgages available for the purchase or refinancing of your home. Call our loan officers for complete information.

Other Real Estate Loans
Second mortgages are available through Quimper Community Federal Credit Union. We have lines of credit or closed end equity loans. Loans on vacant land are also available.

Student Loans
If you need a student loan, see your credit union. If the award letter indicates that you need a Federal Stafford Loan or if your parent needs a Federal Plus Loan, come in and we will help you get the information you need.
